Victoria Riviere

Director

With over 15 years experience in the mental health, education and disability sectors, Victoria has spent majority of her professional career providing therapeutic support and intervention across the lifespan.

As someone who values empathy, authenticity and integrity, Victoria is known for making her clients and stakeholders feel supported and nurtured whilst ensuring action and progress takes place.

Victoria’s special interest and area of expertise is Neurodivergent girls and women who she and her team have provided services too over the last 3 years (including creation of a school holiday program).

Victoria is excited to provide both clinical and operational leadership to the Wellbeing Systems team and see all our clients (current and new) flourish!

Kimberley Armstrong

Director

Working in the community service sector for 15 years Kimberley has a range of skills and insights to support her clients to understand and navigate supports and access.

Kim has a strong sense of what people need to feel supported, with an outside of the box approach that is solidified by her fantastic networks and resources.

Kim is passionate about people reaching their full potential through an honest and ethical approach. With an extensive knowledge of the NDIS Kim can assist you to maximise your plan and assist you to work toward the funding to meet your needs.

Deb Stansfield

Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Debbie is a seasoned community services professional with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with complex needs, specialising in mental health, disability, and youth services. She excels in NDIS support, fostering strong relationships to achieve positive outcomes.

Currently, she works as an Independent Subcontractor with Wellbeing Systems and as Business Development Coordinator at Support and Therapy at Home, driving partnerships and strategies for participant growth. Previously, she led culturally relevant youth programs at Kura Yerlo Inc. and supported individuals through roles with Mission Australia and the Port Adelaide Suicide Prevention Network.

Debbie holds advanced qualifications in community services, youth work, and training, and actively contributes to professional networks, including Wesley Life Force’s Suicide Prevention Networks. Passionate about advocacy, she is dedicated to empowering individuals and improving access to support services.

Vicki Cormack

Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach/Mental Health Nurse

Vicki has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the disability and psychosocial space.

Working in clinical health and community settings for the last 20 years in complex mental health nursing and disability specific spaces.
Vicki is a strong advocate and communicator, understanding relationships and people are the key to successful capacity building, always taking a person focused approach in her work.
Vicki does not shy away from complexities and personality disorders are a specialisation area she deeply understands.
With her brilliant sense of humor, wonderful interpersonal skills, clinical and industry knowledge Vicki is an asset to her clients in this space.
In her down time you will find Vicki at the beach or spending time with her daughters and watching the latest movie on Netflix.

Omena Ejekpokpo

Occupational Therapist

Omena is an enthusiastic occupational therapist who thrives on helping people live their best, most independent lives. She has worked extensively with individuals with diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury, stroke, autism, ADHD, and global developmental delay. Whether it’s sensory play, functional capacity assessments, or getting a child excited about handwriting (a true OT superpower), she’s all in. Passionate about advocacy and community engagement, she has actively contributed to various volunteer initiatives, including producing charity events and conducting early intervention programs.

When she’s not busy conducting therapies, Omena can be found hula hooping or volunteering at an aged care centre for their Wednesday happy hours! Also fluent in Spanish and Japanese, she’s always up for a challenge and brings energy and creativity to everything she does. Her dedication to holistic, evidence-based practice ensures that she delivers meaningful interventions that empower individuals to achieve greater independence and well-being.

With over a decade of experience in the disability sector, Jacqui provides personalised support, focusing on enhancing clients self-confidence, fostering their independence, and facilitating them in building practical skills. By offering compassionate guidance, she consistently strives to create an inclusive and supportive environment for each person under my guidance.

Outside of work, she enjoys being mum to a little girl and finding the best brunch and playground spots in Adelaide

As a social worker, Celia is passionate about providing counselling and support to children, young people, adults and families. She has worked in both regional and metropolitan communities with people from a range of cultures. Celia specialising in the areas of; wellbeing, mental health, trauma and neurodivergence.

Celia enjoys long distance walking, spending time at the beach and has recently discovered a love of green tea

Vince Riviere

Training & Compliance Manager

Vincent has worked in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Wellbeing field for the past 15 years. Vincent has worked in a variety of acute clinical settings which include non-government, government, juvenile justice, health, employment assistance programs and both secondary and primary school sectors. Vincent is also an industry lecturer within the space of Youth Work, Mental Health and Child and Family Intervention and Community Services

Vincent managed the South Australian Kidsmatter and Mindsmatter National Mental Health Initiative in School contracts. Through this, Vincent has worked nationally and internationally collaboratively via training with education staff, wellbeing and leadership teams to embed frameworks and strengthen consistency of knowledge when supporting their unique whole school communities Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Annelies is our friendly Accounts Manager, ensuring financial accuracy and smooth operations. She is also part of the HR team, processing payroll and creating policies and procedures.

Meredith Bai

Customer Relationships & Quality Support

Meredith’s passion lies in creating a meaningful connection and a positive impact on the lives of those she encounters. She holds a Bachelor’s and Honours degree in Psychology, with a strong background in supporting children through her experience as an OSHC educator in Melbourne. She has gained invaluable experience volunteering with Lifeline as a text supporter where she honed her skills in crisis support and active listening.

In her spare time, Meredith enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing, staying active by playing tennis, and exploring the outdoors by hiking.
